RoofAI (“the Service”) is a free online tool operated by Cramblin Advertising Inc. that provides satellite-measured roof replacement cost estimates. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

What the Service Provides

RoofAI uses satellite imagery and local pricing data to generate approximate roof replacement cost ranges. These estimates are informational only and are not a substitute for a professional roofing inspection or contractor quote. Actual costs may vary based on roof condition, accessibility, local permits, material availability, contractor pricing, and other factors not visible from satellite imagery.

No Warranty

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any estimate. Satellite imagery coverage, measurement precision, and pricing data may vary by location.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use automated scripts or bots to generate bulk estimates
• Misrepresent estimates as binding contractor quotes
• Attempt to access data belonging to other users
• Interfere with the Service's operation or infrastructure

Lead Connection

If you voluntarily provide contact information to request a detailed report, your information may be shared with vetted roofing professionals who may contact you about your project. RoofAI is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. We do not guarantee the quality, pricing, or availability of any contractor. Any agreement you enter into with a contractor is solely between you and that contractor.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cramblin Advertising Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to decisions made based on cost estimates. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed $100.

Intellectual Property

The RoofAI name, logo, website design, and estimation methodology are the property of Cramblin Advertising Inc. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
